Technician site-visit, physical labor & raw materials during an emergency
Major kitchen, toilet, or bathroom structural overhaul projects
Authorized major or minor structural civil engineering works
Distance-based transit fees
Labor and materials from the "Not Included" category are always priced beforehand and executed exclusively upon the property owner's approval.
